Max Mishkin, Vice President
Max’s activities with the Water Street team include identifying and executing new investments, as well as assisting with the strategic management of its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Water Street, Max was responsible for private equity investments in the healthcare services and business services industries at Waud Capital Partners. He has also worked on private equity investments across a range of industries as a Senior Associate with Edgewater Funds. Max began his career in the investment banking groups of Bear, Stearns & Co. and Lazard. He received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Duke University, and an M.B.A. with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
