Sarnova is the leading national specialty distributor of health care products in the emergency medical services (EMS) and respiratory markets. The company is comprised of two leading brands: Tri-anim Health Services, which specializes in respiratory products, and Bound Tree Medical, which focuses on EMS products. Sarnova offers more 100,000 health care products to 20,000 hospitals and emergency care providers across the country. It is the only national distributor that can offer clinical expertise and unique products across the EMS and acute care continuum.
Investment: Water Street simultaneously invested in and merged two market-leading distributors - Tri-anim Health Services and Bound Tree Medical – to create Sarnova in 2008. Since then, we have partnered with Sarnova’s management team to complete four acquisitions that have enhanced and expanded the company’s portfolio of innovative products. We are continuing to pursue acquisitions that will further build on Sarnova’s leadership position.
