Investment: Water Street invested in PDC in 2007 when it was the leading producer of healthcare ID wristbands. In 2008, we led PDC’s acquisition of TimeMed Labeling Systems, Inc., which specialized in producing hospital labels. The combination significantly expanded PDC’s market position and established it as the industry’s leading provider of patient safety solutions. We are continuing to work with PDC’s management team to pursue additional acquisitions that will accomplish our long-term goal of building PDC into the world’s leading patient safety products company.
