The company serves more than 4,000 customers including specialty pharmacies, home infusion companies and oncology clinics. In addition to providing customers with a full range of infusion products and disposable supplies, MSD offers comprehensive solutions that encompass biomedical rental and repairs, equipment management and tracking, and formulary development.
Investment: Water Street invested in MSD in 2010 and management retained a significant ownership position in the company. With demand for providing intravenous (IV) therapy to people in their homes continuing to increase, Water Street is focused on extending MSD’s leadership position in this growing sector of healthcare. Together with the management team, we are expanding MSD’s services to home healthcare providers and oncology clinics through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
