Investment: Water Street acquired HealthPlan in 2008. Since then, we have partnered with the management team to strategically build HealthPlan into a leading organization that offers a continuum of solutions to support its customers in the evolving health reform market. In addition, our team identified and completed two proprietary acquisitions to transform HealthPlan’s subsidiary, American Benefit Plan Administrators, into a leading third-party administrator of benefits to the nation’s largest Taft-Hartley trust funds.
