Investment: Water Street transformed CareCentrix from a division of Gentiva Health Services into the fastest growing and leading home healthcare management company after acquring the business in 2008. In less than three years, our team established CareCentrix as an independent company, recruited the senior management team and expanded CareCentrix's core services to more than double its contracted revenues. In 2011, Water Street sold our majority interest in CareCentrix to a strategic growth investor. We continue to support the company's rapid expansion as a minority investor.
