CareCentrix
CareCentrix is the nation’s largest manager of home health care services for managed care organizations. The company manages home nursing, infusion and medical equipment services for more than 10 million members of managed care organizations across the country through a network of 4,000 credentialed home care providers.
Investment: Water Street partnered with Gentiva Health Services, Inc. to acquire a controlling interest in CareCentrix in 2008. Gentiva retained a minority ownership position in the business. We leveraged our industry network to recruit Eric Reimer, the former CEO of National Imaging Associates, a subsidiary of Magellan Health Services, Inc., to serve as CEO. Together, we developed a strategic plan to expand CareCentrix’s value proposition with the nation’s leading payers.
